The hotel is perfectly situated near Swan Creek Preserve Metropark and the Toledo Zoo, making it easy to enjoy nature and explore local wildlife during my visit, and I appreciated how comfortable my room was with modern decor and a welcoming atmosphere to return to after a day of walking through the city.

We explored downtown attractions and hit the Toledo Zoo and Farmers Market, both super close to the hotel. The dining was a highlight—try the breakfast and cocktails at AXIS! Top-notch service made the trip memorable.

The trash outside the hotel was a bummer. It was the same mess from Friday to Sunday, which was disappointing.

I extended my stay hoping for a relaxing evening at the pool, but it was closed. The room had issues with the thermostat that weren't resolved. I spoke to the front desk, but they did not seem concerned about it. My partner and I believe that better communication would enhance the experience.
